You do not need to register before you shop. But registering may speed your shopping experience on return visits. To place an order, follow these easy steps:
- Find the product you would like to order.
- Click the Add to Cart button.
- You will be given the option to change the quantity, to check out or to continue shopping.
- When you have added all the desired products to your shopping cart, click the Check Out button.
- Enter your billing, shipping and credit card information as instructed on the order form.

While the Postal Service does not guarantee, the 2007 Express Mail guideline from the postal service is 2 days with the last day for Christmas shipments being December 22nd.

Jewelry Crossings ships online orders to the anywhere in the world. Jewelry Crossings ships online orders within 48 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of packaged merchandise. Shipping options include ground, two-day and overnight.

Product Returns and Refunds |
You can return any Jewelry Crossings order within 30 days of its shipment—no-questions-asked—for a full refund or exchange.
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return your item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Jewelry Crossings accepts returns up to 30 days from the time of shipment to the customer. Provided there is no damage to the returned item(s), the customer will receive full credit once Jewelry Crossings receives the return item.
To return a jewelry item to Jewelry Crossings, please do the following:
- Call 866-688-8872 or email susi@jewelrycrossings.com for a Return Authorization Code.
- Place the item and all the original packaging in the box.
- Ship to Jewelry Crossings by UPS or US Postal Service insured. Once your return is received it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive notification regarding your return or exchange within five days.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear, have been resized by a jeweler other than Jewelry Crossings, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
